We source our products from the top exporters in Pakistan who supply to brands in UK, Europe, USA and Canada. All the fabrics and production material we source is of high quality, yet we keep our prices very affordable.

All of our products are in Brand New condition. We do not deal in second-hand clothing.

To let our customers shop with peace of mind, we offer 7 day return policy without questions. This means, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a FULL refund or ask for an exchange.

Note: You must send the product back to us. Once we have received & inspected the item, then we will issue a refund.

Simply give us a call and we will guide you through the steps. If you have purchased from our shop, you can bring the items back to our store. Alternatively, if you have purchased from our online store, you can courier the item back to us, and we will take care of the rest.

You can call us or send your complain via WhatsApp, we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange as per your wish.

If the item is faulty, we will refund you for the courier. However, if you are returning an item without a reason, we will not be able to refund you for the postage. 

Note: If you request a change of size or colour based on your requirements, then you will need to pay for the courier again.

There is a replacement processing fee of Rs. 200 that you need to pay. Moreover, you will also need to pay for the courier which is Rs. 200 as well.

We work with most major courier providers, including TCS, Leopard, BlueEx and Bykea. All deliveries are tracked and signed for.

In-Karachi: We offer Same-day and Next-day delivery in Karachi.
Outside Karachi: Generally we require 1-3 working days for all major cities, for smaller towns it can take an additional day or 2 depending on the location. You can call us to enquire beforehand if you are in a rush.
